Hi, I’m LaKeisha Barnes, and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe every person has a unique story worth honoring, and my mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where growth, healing, and transformation can happen. Whether it’s navigating trauma, managing anxiety or depression, coping with life transitions, or working through mood challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
I believe in the power of collaboration and mutual respect. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, understand your perspective, and create strategies that help you achieve your goals. I value the opportunity to be a part of your support network and to celebrate your successes, big and small. Watching clients discover their strength, resilience, and ability to grow is truly the most rewarding part of my work.
If you or your child are ready to take steps toward growth, I’d be honored to support you on this journey. Let’s discover what makes you unique and build the confidence to reach new heights—together.
