It’s an honor to be entrusted with deep secrets or overwhelming experiences and with the depths of human connections and intimacy. It's an honor to stay authentic and present and to actively listen, empathize and validate another's wholeness. It's an honor to experience and to ''hold'' another human being through the process of struggle, change, healing, and transformation. And my greatest reward as a therapist is to witness a person’s face light up with hope for the future and to witness their wounds becoming their strengths, full of meaning for the future.
